What to do if you did not receive credentials for your building
Email invitations for AggieAccess HID mobile credentials are sent to users once they require entry to a location secured by AggieAccess. If you did not respond to or receive the initial emails, please follow the instructions below as soon as possible to allow enough time to send a new mobile credential or print a new card.
What do I do if...

I never received an email invitation?
Check your UC Davis inbox for an email with the subject line: "IMPORTANT - Welcome to UC Davis AggieAccess Mobile Credentials!", inviting you to activate your AggieAccess mobile credential. If you never received an email, check with your Key Control Manager to make sure they have your information and know you need access. If you do not know who your Key Control Manager is ask your department, supervisor, or PI.

I got a new phone?
If you get a new phone, you will need a new invitation to download your mobile credentials. Your initial invitation will no longer work once it's been activated on a different device.
If you're a student: Fill out and submit our Request AggieAccess Credentials form. For the question "What kind of credentials would you like?" select "Replacement AggieAccess Mobile Credentials." Once you do this, we will send a new email invitation. Follow the instructions you receive to download the HID app and activate your AggieAccess mobile credentials.
If you're an employee: Follow instructions on the Shared Services Organization site for requesting a card. In your email specify that you are requesting "Replacement AggieAccess Mobile Credentials."

My invitation to download mobile credentials has expired?

If you did receive a mobile credential invitation email in your UC Davis inbox but did not follow the instructions to activate your credentials, your invitation has likely expired.
If you're a student: Fill out and submit our Request AggieAccess Credentials form. For the question "What kind of credentials would you like?" select "Expired AggieAccess Mobile Invitation." Once you do this, we will send a new email invitation. Follow the instructions you receive to download the HID app and activate your AggieAccess mobile credentials.
If you're an employee: Follow instructions on the Shared Services Organization site for requesting a card. In your email specify that you have an "expired AggieAccess Mobile Invitation."

If you received an email invitation to download mobile credentials but would prefer an SEOS card ...
If you're a student: Fill out and submit our Request AggieAccess Credentials form . For the question "What kind of credentials would you like?" select “Opt-Out of AggieAccess Mobile Credentials.” Once your new AggieAccess card has been printed your Key Control Manager will contact you.
If you're an employee: Follow instructions on the Shared Services Organization site for requesting a card. In your email specify that you would like to “opt-out of AggieAccess Mobile Credentials.”

If you opted out of an HID mobile credential and requested an AggieAccess card, check with your Key Control Manager to see if it was printed and how to pick it up. If you do not know who your Key Control Manager is ask your department, supervisor, or PI.
