AggieAccess Signage

To help cardholders prepare for the update, and know which credentials to use after the fact, the AggieAccess team will be putting up signage at each of the card readers set to be updated by AggieAccess.

AggieAccess is coming!

Before a card reader is updated, the "AggieAccess is coming!" signs will be placed nearby. Signs will be filled in with construction dates specific to each location, so cardholders can anticipate changes. Each sign features a QR code which will take users to the List of Key Control Managers page, where they can find their key control manager and their contact information. Signs also include a the URL for the AggieAccess website, so users can find more information and resources on AggieAccess.

AggieAccess is here!

Once a card reader is updated, "AggieAccess is coming!" signs will be swapped out with "AggieAccess is here!" The new signs will let card holders know to use their new AggieAccess credentials. These signs also include the QR code for the List of Key Control Managers page and the AggieAccess website URL.
